Pick the build that matches your Mac first, then download PandaFan directly from this page.
For Apple Silicon Macs
For M-series Macs released from late 2020 onward.
For Intel-based Macs
Use this build if your Mac has an Intel processor.
How to check your Mac type
Open Apple menu > About This Mac first.
If it shows Chip and an M-series name such as M1, M2, M3, or M4, download Apple Silicon.
If it shows Processor and an Intel processor name, download Intel.
Downloaded the wrong build?
If macOS says PandaFan cannot open, go back and download the build that matches your CPU architecture.
The first install on macOS only takes a minute.
Open the downloaded DMG
Find the file in Downloads and open it to mount the installer window.
Drag PandaFan into Applications
Copy PandaFan.app into the Applications folder shown in the DMG window.
Launch PandaFan from Applications
Run the app from Applications after the copy finishes, not directly from the DMG.
After the app opens, complete these checks before you start browsing.
Choose a route from the list in PandaFan.
Sign in with your PandaFan account
Use the same email address and password that you use on this website.
Click Connect
Once the app is ready, start the connection from the main screen.
Choose a service if needed
If your account includes more than one service, pick the one you want inside the app first.
App updates and rare network issues should be handled in different places.
If in-app updates fail, download the full app again
Return to this page and install the latest full build over your current version.
If the internet still does not work after quitting PandaFan
Restart your browser first. If that does not help, open System Settings > Network > Advanced > Proxies, uncheck every proxy item, then apply the change.
