Download blocked or installer won’t open?

If your browser says the file was blocked or marked as uncommon, open the browser download list first.

In Chrome or Edge, click the download item, open More actions, then choose Keep or Keep anyway before running the installer.

If Windows SmartScreen appears after that, click More info, then click Run anyway.

Open the installer you downloaded

Run the Windows installer from your Downloads folder.

Follow the setup wizard

Accept the prompts shown by the installer until the installation finishes.

Launch PandaFan from the desktop or Start menu

Use the shortcut created by the installer to open the app the first time.

Once the app opens, complete these basics before you start using it.

Use the same email address and password that you use on this website.

Click Connect

Start the connection from the main screen after the app loads.

If your account includes more than one service, pick the one you want inside the app first.

Use these steps if you need to update or recover the Windows app.

If in-app updates fail, reinstall from this page

Download the newest full installer and install it again over your current version.

If the app behaves abnormally after an update

Close PandaFan, run the newest installer again, and let it replace the old files.
